Hummingbird II - original
I first set eyes on a Hummingbird for real when I was on holiday in Costa Rica in 2012. Although fairly impossible to see them when they are flying, as their wings can flap at up to 70 times per second, they always look great in photos, which are somewhat easier to paint from. Hummingbird fact: A flock of hummingbirds can be referred to as a bouquet, a glittering, a hover, a shimmer, or a tune. Magic!
